喷施赤霉素对甘蓝型油菜同源异型突变系AMS的影响

摘    要:连续两年试验结果表明,对甘蓝型油菜同源异型无花瓣突变系(AMS)叶面喷施赤霉素(GA3)可明显改变AMS的开花性状,提高柱头外露率、花蕾质量、雌蕊长度和雌蕊质量;明显提高AMS植株生长速率,促进抽薹开花,使主花序的角果数明显增加;不同喷施浓度的试验表明在蕾薹期喷施1 700 mg/kg,2 200 mg/kg的处理效果较好;不同喷施浓度和时期的交互试验表明:喷施浓度和时期间存在交互作用, 相同浓度处理在蕾薹期的喷施效果优于显蕾期,在同一时期内喷施2 200 mg/kg处理的效果优于其他浓度处理,综合比较在蕾薹期喷施2 200 mg/kg处理的效果最佳.

Abstract:During two years (2004 and 2005),the effect of foliage sprayed glibberellin (GA3)on homeotic apetalous mutant sterile of Brassica.napus (AMS) was studied.The result indicated that the flower characters of AMS was changed, the rate of protrusive stigmas, bud weight, pistil length and pistil weight of AMS flower were increased obviously.At the same time, the daily growth coefficient of AMS plant height were changed, so that the gap of plant height between AMS and it''s restorer line was reduced at the early and full blooming stage, besides the period of AMS beginning blooming was advanced and the flowering period between AMS and it''s restorer line in good accordance was longer, for this reason the fertilization of AMS could be beneficed at the blooming stage, and the number of effective pods and setting ratio of main inflorescence were also improved.The effect of GA3 on AMS were influenced by the sprayed concentration and period.At the same sprayed period, the effect of 1700 mg/kg and 2200 mg/kg were better than the other sprayed concentration treatment.There was the obviously interaction between the sprayed concentration and stage, as the same concentration, the effect of sprayed GA3 at bolting stage was better than the other treatments, but as the same stage,the effect of 2200 mg/kg GA3 was better than the other treatment.On the whole, the effect of sprayed 2200 ma/kg GA3 at the budding stage was best in the all treatments.
