| 摘 要： | 从2只分别患急性腹泻伴红色黏液便和急性腹泻伴严重血尿症大熊猫体内分离出3株克雷伯菌,经生化鉴定后确认3个分离株均为催产克雷伯菌。小鼠致病性试验表明3个分离菌株均具有较强的致病性,文章就催产克雷伯菌对大熊猫的致病性和致病特点进行了初步分析。

| Abstract: | Klebsiella oxytoca was isolated from 2 adult giant pandas suffering from diarrhea.One panda's diarrhea characterized with bloody mucus feces,and the other panda's diarrhea characterized with hematuria.The toxicity of Klebsiella oxytoca to giant panda was identified by the tests of inoculating the isolate into the abdominal cavities of mice.The author discussed the pathogenicity of Klebsiella oxytoca to giant pandas. |
