多肽对“日南一号”特早熟温州蜜柑果实生长发育规律的影响

摘    要:目的]为了研究多肽对"日南一号"特早熟温州蜜柑果实生长发育规律的影响。方法]以广西崇左市龙州县"日南一号"特早熟温州蜜柑为试材,用不同浓度的多肽进行处理,以清水为对照,并定期对果实纵、横径进行田间测定,并运用IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0软件对数据进行相关统计分析。结果]多肽对"日南一号"特早熟温州蜜柑果实的纵横径、体积和单果重在全年生长期间的增长高峰期次数没有影响,但对高峰期出现的时期和峰值起伏程度有一定的影响。多肽处理的果实纵横径、体积、单果重均优于CK,并达到显著差异水平,其中以处理E(多肽浓度为1 400倍液)的效果最佳,其果实纵、横径达到47.50和67.39 mm,果形指数为0.70,果实体积值达到793.93 cm3,单果重为97.85 g。结论]适宜浓度多肽应用于"日南一号"特早熟温州蜜柑能显著地提高果实单果重和产量,可为以后的高产优质栽培提供相关的参考依据。

Effects of Polypeptide on Fruit Growth and Development of ' Nichina No. 1', A Very Early-maturing Satsuma Mandarin Variety

Abstract: Objective ] In order to study the influences of polypeptide on fruit growth and development of ' Nichina No. 1', a very early-ma- turing satsuma mandarin variety. Method] ' Nichina No. 1 ' fruit from Longzuo country, Baise of Guangxi were treated with different concen- trations of polypeptide, taking water as control, and regularly measured the vertical and horizontal diameter of fruit in field, then using SPSS software (IBM 19.0) to conduct on the statistical analysis of data. Result] The results showed that polypeptide could not change the volume, single fruit weight, vertical and horizontal diameter of ' Nichina No. 1 ' fruit in annual growth fastigium frequency, but it had some influence and effect on the time of reaching the peak value and its fluctuation degree. Compared with control, polypeptide was good to the volume value, single fruit weight, vertical and horizontal diameter of fruits, and achieved significant differences levels, thereinto, 1 400 times polypeptide liquid had the best effect, its fruit vertical and transverse diameter was 47.50 and 67.39 mm, its fruit shape index was 0.70, its single fruit weight was 97.85 g, its fruit volume value was 793.93 cm3. Conclusion ] The suitable concentration polypeptide can significantly increase fruit weight and yield of ' Nichina No. 1 ' , and provide relevant reference for its high yield and good quality cultivation in the future.
