摘    要:以早香17、早香17/C_(57)、C_(57)为试验材料.对一次成苗和多级成苗进行了较系统的比较.结果表明:(1)籼型品种的花药绿苗率,一次成苗的较多级成苗的高,粳型品种则相反.籼粳杂交后代因培养基的不同而异;(2)3种基因型一次成苗的瓶绿苗率显著高于多级成苗的,在相同的培养规模下,一次成苗可提高1.49倍;(3)一次成苗所培养的绿苗生长快壮,根系发达,鲜重增加,素质明显高于多级成苗的;(4)一次成苗可大大简化培养程序.降低培养成本,加快成苗速度.

Abstract:The anther culture efficiencies of the ono-step seedling rofmation and the multistage seedling formation,with three genotypes Zaoxiang 17,Zaoxiang 17/C(57) and C(57)as experimcntal materials,were compared in this study.The results indicated that: (1)The frequency of green plantlets per anther of theone-step seedling romation was higher than that of the multistage in indica cultivars,but the opposite result was obtained in japonica cultivars,however,this correlation varied with media in indica/japonica hybrid;(2)The frequencies of green plantlets per tube of three genotypes one-step seedling formation were all significantly higher than that of the multistage and the former can increased the culture efficiency for 1.49times in the same culture scale;(3)Compared with the multistage,the green plantlets by the one-step seedling formation had strong roots,stemst leaves,they can also grow quickly,so their quality was improved in alrge scale;(4)The one-step seedling formation also took the advantages over multistage in simplifying culture procedure,reducing culture cost and shortening culture cycle.
