摘    要:以种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、萌发活力指数以及幼苗相对生长率为指标,研究了NaCl胁迫对10个大麦品种(系)种子发芽的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大,各品种种子萌发受抑制作用明显增强;低盐胁迫在一定程度上能够促进种子发芽,但对幼苗的生长仍有抑制作用,高盐胁迫对种子发芽具有较大抑制作用,种子甚至不能发芽。在参试的10个大麦品种中花11耐盐性最好,秀06-3耐盐性最差。

Abstract:The effects of NaCl stress on the seed germination of 10 barley cultivars or lines were studied according to such indexes as seed germination vigor,germination rate,germination index,germination vigor index and relative seedling growth rate.The results showed that the inhibitions of seed germination of all the test materials were significantly enhanced with salt concentration increasing.A low salt stress could promote seed germination to a certain extent but still inhibit the seedling growth.A high salt stress had a rather great inhibiting action on seed germination and even kept the seed from germinating.Of all the test materials,the salt tolerance of Hua 11 cultivar was the highest while that of Xiu 06-3 line was the lowest.
