摘    要:新型农用抗生素产生菌的原始菌株的产素水平一般较低,产素品质也较差,不能满足工业化生产的要求。采用新颖的诱变技术,如微波、超声波、离子注入和原生质体诱变技术能有效提高农用抗生素产生菌的产素水平,降低生产成本,满足工业化生产的要求。构建一种简单易行的诱变路线和快速有效的筛选模式是加快农用抗生素工业化进程的关键。

Abstract:The original strains of new-style agricultural antibiotic produced stvains are always low in output and bad in quality,which can't meet the requirements of industrialized production.A new mutagenic technology,like microwave,ultrasonic,ion beam implantation or protoplast mutagenic technology can improve effectively the output of agricultural antibiotics produced by agricultural antibiotic produced strains,reduce the production cost and meet the requirements of industrialized production.It is necessary to construct a simple mutagenic breeding way and an effective screening method,which is key to speed up the step of industrialization of agricultural antibiotics.
