摘    要:PCR技术具有敏感、专一等特点,不仅可以对病原微生物进行特异性识别,而且可以鉴别同一种类病原微生物的致病性菌株和非致病性菌株,因此应用PCR技术进行病原微生物的检测具有十分独特的优势。本文对PCR技术在食源性病原微生物检测中的研究与应用情况进行了综述。

Abstract:By application of PCR, not only various pathogenic microorganisms can be recognized specifically, but the pathogenic or non - pathogenic strains of the same species can also be identified. So it is superior for PCR to application in the detection of food borne pathogenic microorganism due to its high sensitivity and specificity. In this paper, the progress on researches and applications of PCR in the detection of food borne pathogenic microorganism were reviewed.
