| 摘 要： | 以酿造干红山葡萄酒新品种"雪兰红"枝条做接穗,"左山一"、"双红"、"公酿一号"和"贝达"葡萄枝条做砧木进行硬枝嫁接砧木筛选试验,筛选出适宜"雪兰红"的砧木为"贝达"1年生充分成熟的枝条,其嫁接生根率、成活率分别为67.2%和61.2%,表现"砧穗"愈合早,有良好的亲和性,催根期生根条数多、根鲜重高,移栽苗圃地成活率高,出圃苗木根系多、苗蔓成熟度高,苗木质量优于其它试验处理。"雪兰红"与"公酿一号"嫁接生根率和成苗率分别为40.6%和32.1%;"雪兰红"与"双红"和"左山一"嫁接生根率平均为25.6%,"砧穗"不易愈合,移栽苗圃地后全部死亡。因此,"公酿一号"、"双红"和"左山一"的枝条不宜做雪兰红硬枝嫁接的砧木。

| Abstract: | Grafting study was carried on with Xuelanhong as scion and Zuoshan NO.1,Shuanghong,Gongniang NO.1,beta as rootstock.The result showed that one year old mature branch of Beta was suitable stock,which rooting rate was 67.2% and survival rate was 61.2%.Stock scion healing early,have good compatibility,high root number,high fresh weight,high survival rate.Gongniang NO.1 as rootstock which rooting rate was 40.6% and survival rate was 32.1%,while Shuanghong and Zuoshan NO.1 as rootstock which rooting rate was 25.6%,stock scion do not heal well and die all after transplanted in nursery.Therefore,Gongniang No.1,Shuanghong and Zuoshan No.1 were not suitable for grafted rootstock. |
