摘    要:将破碎粒分别为0%、4%、8%和12%的四组样品同时置于恒温恒湿的培养箱内进行陈化试验。分别于试验开始后的第0天、第7天、第15天、第22天、第30天、第49天、第59天取出实验样品采用GB/T 20570-2006方法检测各组玉米的脂肪酸值。结果表明:随着玉米破损粒含量的增加,玉米脂肪酸值随储藏时间的变化速度加快,即玉米破损粒含量与玉米脂肪酸值递增的速率呈正相关。

Abstract:Four sets of samples,which breakage content were 0,4%,8% and 12% respectively,were placed in a constant temperature and humidity incubator for aging test.On the 0,7th,15th,22nd,30th,49th,59th day after experiment,the samples were taken out and the fatty acid value was determined by GB/T 20570-2006.The results showed that chang speed of fatty acid accelerated with storage time and breakage content of corn increasing,and there was a positive correlation between breakage content and increasing rates of its fat...
