铁在苹果树器官中的定量研究

摘    要:成龄苹果树整株分析结果表明 ,果实、叶片、枝干、根系的鲜重分别占整株鲜重的 42 .0 9%、6 .33%、38.81%、12 .77% ,以果实占鲜重的比例最大 ,单株鲜重为 2 0 7.90kg ;果实、叶片、枝干、根系的干重分别占整株干重的 19.5 1%、6 .45 %、5 7.30 %、16 .75 % ,以枝干占干重的比例最大 ,单株干重 84.37kg ,单株含水量 12 3.5 5kg。铁浓度以直径 <0 .5cm的根最高 ,达 2 5 7.5 1mg/kg ,其次为叶片 ,达 2 14.0 9mg/kg ,果实中铁浓度最低 ,为 18.2 7mg/kg;单株总铁含量 4915 .78mg,叶、果、根、枝干中铁含量分别为 116 4.6 5、30 0 .72、15 0 0 .30、1949.6 0mg ,分别占单株总铁量的2 3 .70 %、6 .12 %、30 .5 2 %和 39.6 6 %。

Abstract:Plant analysis of mature apple tree indicate:fresh weight of fruits,leaves,branch & trunk and roots accounted for 42.09% , 6.33% , 38.81% , 12.77% ,respectively.The fresh weight of fruits was biggest.The fresh weight of total plant was 207.90 kg .Dry weight of fruits,leaves,branch & trunk and roots accounted for 19.51% , 6.45% , 57.30% , 16.75% ,respectively.The dry weight of branch & trunk was biggest.The dry weight of total plant was 84.31 kg .The water weight of plant arrived at 123.55 kg .Iron concentration in diameter < 0.5 cm root was highest among other organs,arriving at 257.51 mg/kg .Iron concentration of leaves that was sensitive to iron stress arrives at 214.09 mg/kg .The iron concentration was the lowest in fruits: 18.27 mg/kg .The total iron content of plant was 4 915.78 mg .Iron weight in leaves,fruits,roots and branch & trunk was 1 165.26 , 300.72 , 1 500.38 and 1 950.43 mg ,account for total iron content 23.70% , 6.12% , 30.52% and 39.66% ,respectively.
