基于可变模糊集理论的区域节水灌溉发展水平评价方法

摘    要:本研究阐述了节水灌溉的内涵,分析了节水灌溉发展水平的影响因素,选取了工程节水、农艺节水和管理节水三项子指标以及分属于各子指标下的34项单项指标,建立了节水灌溉发展水平评价指标体系,并采用模糊可变评价方法进行评价。以四川省为例,计算出四川省总的节水灌溉发展水平级别特征值为3.420,对应的评价等级介于"一般"与"较差"之间,各地区节水灌溉发展水平差距不是很明显,但水平都不是很高。

Abstract:The connotation of water-saving irrigation was explained in this paper,and such factors as influencing regional development level of water-saving irrigation were analyzed.34 indexes which belong to engineering water-saving,agronomic water-saving and management water-saving respectively were selected to establish an assessment index system for the development level of water-saving irrigation.Finally,a fuzzy variable assessment method was used to evaluate the development level of water-saving irrigation.Take Sichuan province for example,the result showed that the grade characteristic value of Sichuan province was 3.420,the corresponding evaluation grade was between "general" and "poor".Results also showed that the difference of development level of water-saving irrigation in each region was not obvious,and the levels of all regions were not high.
