| 摘 要： | 在河蟹健康养殖技术的应用与研发过程中,通过应用微生物水质改良剂,使河蟹对饵料的利用率得到了提高,饲料系数比同期对照池降低0.5以上。同时,使用微生物制剂后,河蟹的成活率提高了8.0%,667m2产量提高了10.0%左右;使用微生态制剂后,对提高鲢鳙鱼套养成活率的效果并不明显,但试验池的商品鱼规格平均比对照塘高出150g/尾。试验中水体质量必须符合《淡水养殖用水水质》的规定。要求养殖水温通过水草的种植、水位的调节和池塘结构的改造后实现人工调控,适宜水温为15～30℃,以22～28℃为最佳。溶氧≥5.00mg/L。pH的适宜范围为7.00～9.00,最佳7.50～8.50。透明度的适宜范围为30～50cm,最佳50cm以上。氨氮(NH3-N)≤0.20mg/L,硫化氢(H2S)不能检出,淤泥厚度10cm,底泥总氮0.1%。

| Abstract: | In the health of river crab breeding technology research and application process,the application of microbial water quality improver,make river crab to bait and improves the utilization rate,feed coefficient than the control pool is reduced more than 0.5.At the same time,the use of microbial agents,the survival rate is increased by 8.0%,the yield increased by 10.0%.The use of probiotics,to improve the survival rate of silver and Bighead carps set into effect is not obvious,but the test pool of commodity fish specifications on average than the control pond is higher than 150 g/tail.Test of water quality must be consistent with the" fresh water aquaculture water quality" provisions.Requirements of water by aquatic breeding planting,water level adjustment and pond structure transformation after the realization of artificial control,the suitable temperature was 15～30,22～28 is the best.Dissolved oxygen is greater than or equal to 5.00mg/L.The pH value of the appropriate range of 7.00～ 9.00,7.50～8.50 best.The transparency of the suitable range of 30～50 cm,50 cm above best.Ammonia nitrogen (NH 3-N) less than or equal to 0.20mg/L,hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) can be detected,silt sediment thickness<10 cm,total nitrogen<0.1%. |
