Abstract:Based on mechanization and intelligent equipment,through the key techniques of intelligent manufacturing workshop,interconnection,foundry with wisdom for the implementation of case,this study established a model of process parameters,process optimization based on orders,production operations and fault diagnosis technology research wisdom,research and development based on information flow,logistics,workflow and flow parameters,the mass flow of intelligent production operational system,realized dynamic scheduling of production plan,material demand and balance,product quality control,equipment management and reliability operation and maintenance management.The interconnection system and system integration of each department improves the intelligent control level and production efficiency of the workshop,reduces the cost,shortens the product research and development cycle,and creates economic benefits.
