Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,general working reliability and lack of innovation in core parts of the existing forage baler,a forage baler control system based on multi-sensor data fusion technology was designed and developed.System with Siemens PLC as the core controller,equipped with the weight sensor,speed sensor,pressure sensor,through the A/D conversion module converts sensors signals to the modbus communication protocol of RS-485 data form,by GPRS wireless data transmission module data transmission task,using the multi-sensor data fusion technology for data analysis,real-time processing of finished bundling machine control open.The experiment shows that the system realizes the real-time and accurate control of the switch bin of the grass baler,the suitable baling rate is 96%,and the average baling time is 184.6s,which improves the working efficiency of the baler and meets the design requirements.
