| Abstract: | This paper designed a new type of ditcher and ridger machine which with wide ridge for Rubber plantation and orchard, mainly to solve the problems of rubber plantation and orchard cultivated and overburden to tree root.In order to optimize the designed machine and improve its service life, the machine adopts V-type ditch unit to carry out the wide ridge and overburden operation, and used the finite element method to analysis the mechanical strength.The operating width is 1 m and the overburden height is 0.1 m.The field test results showed that when the machine walking speed was 0.5 m/s and the cultivator RPM was 270 r/min, the qualified rate is 95%, and the machine ran smoothly and reliably, satisfied the agricultural requirements of cultivated and overburden to the tree root. |
