Abstract:For traditional precision seeders, there are missed, rebroadcast, and low seeding efficiency during the seeding process. Many problems such as poor work stability have seriously affected the quality of sowing operations and crop yields. In order to solve the seeding problem of the seeder, this paper introduces the TRIZ theory to innovate the function of the precision seeder. Based on the in-depth study and analysis of the TRIZ theory, the problems existing in the seeder are transformed into a contradiction matrix. Optimize the design of the conflict resolution principle of the seeder, optimize and improve the key components of the seeder, complete the design of the overall plan of the precision seeder, and finally verify the seeder’s seeding test. The test proves that the precision seeder is based on the TRIZ theory high precision, low leakage rate, stable and reliable working performance;it has certain research significance for the realization of precision sowing and the development of fine agriculture, and has a great value for promotion.
