全自动移栽机穴盘回收机构设计与试验

摘    要:我国是一个蔬菜种植大国,蔬菜规模化种植多采用工厂化育苗,达到成苗要求后的蔬菜钵苗需用移栽机进行大田栽植。为了提高移栽机的工作效率和蔬菜移栽的自动化程度、降低劳动力成本,针对移栽后空穴盘的自动回收设计出了一种全自动移栽机收盘装置。装置由输送装置、托举装置及回收框架等部分组成,穴盘下落后由输送带传送到回收框,托举装置将其叠摞,止落板对穴盘进行承接,实现回收。根据作业过程,选取输送带速度、止落板长度和穴盘被顶起高度做三因素三水平试验。结果表明:在穴盘下落倒扣时,较优的组合参数为输送带速度90mm/s、止落板长度50mm、穴盘被顶起高度90mm;在穴盘下落非倒扣时,较优的组合参数为输送带速度90mm/s、止落板长度60mm、穴盘被顶起高度100mm。两种方式下穴盘回收的成功率达到了97.5%以上,满足全自动移栽机对穴盘回收的要求,可为移栽机自动化收盘提供参考。

Abstract:China is a big country of vegetable planting.The large-scale planting of vegetables mostly adopts factory seedling,and the potted vegetable seedlings that meet the requirements of seedling formation need transplanting machine to be planted in the field.In order to improve the working efficiency of the automatic transplanter and the automation degree of vegetable transplanting,and reduce the labor cost,this paper designs a closing device of the automatic transplanter for the automatic recovery of the hole tray after transplanting.The device is composed of a conveying mechanism,a lifting mechanism,a recovery frame and other parts.After the hole tray falls,it is transmitted from the conveyor belt to the recovery frame,and the lifting mechanism will transfer it to the recovery frame Stack and stop plate carry on the hole plate to realize recovery.According to the operation process,the belt speed,the length of the stop plate and the height of the tray are selected for three factors and three levels of tests.The test results show that the best combination parameters for the falling of the tray are the speed of the conveyor belt 90mm/s,the length of the stop plate 50mm,and the height of the tray being jacked 90mm;when the tray is not buckled,the better combination parameters are the speed of the conveyor belt 90mm/s,the length of the stop plate 60mm,and the height of the tray being jacked 100mm.The success rate of the tray recovery under the two ways is over 97.5%,the success rate of the two methods is over 97.5%,which meets the requirements of the automatic transplanter for the recovery of the tray.
