摘    要:根据用于长江中下游丘陵地区的大树移栽机的功能需求,设计了大树移栽机的曲面挖铲结构.分析了挖铲在挖掘大树土球过程中的受力情况,确定其危险工况,利用有限元法对挖铲进行应力和变形分析.仿真结果表明,在危险工况下,最大应力发生在挖铲架焊接处,最大变形位于挖铲两侧刀刃和铲尖处,而挖铲在挖掘土球至最深位置工况时的总体应力和变形都大...

Abstract:To meet the functional requirements of big tree transplanter used in the hilly areas of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,this paper designs the curved surface shovel structure of the big tree transplanter.It analyzes the stress situation of the shovel in the process of digging big tree soil ball,determines its dangerous working conditions,and analyzes the stress and deformation of the shovel by using the finite element method.The simulation results show that,under the dangerous condition,the maximum stress occurs at the welding position of the shovel frame,and the maximum deformation is located at both sides of the shovel blade and the shovel tip,while the overall stress and deformation of the shovel when digging the soil ball to the deepest position are greater than that of the lifting condition,so reducing the resistance of the shovel is the goal of the improvement design of the shovel.
