摘    要:为了充分了解微灌用砂石过滤器内部流场分布情况,利用同CFD相同数学原理的FloEFD流体仿真软件,采用多孔介质模型将砂石滤床的阻力特性作为三维数值模型的边界条件,对过滤器内部全流场进行数值模拟。结果表明:过滤器内部元件和出水口边界条件对过滤器的速度流场和压力场分布规律影响较大,基于多孔介质模型的计算流体力学方法对砂石过滤器的数值模拟精度较高,数值模拟结果与试验结果较吻合,可以准确地预测过滤器水力性能。

Abstract:In order to fully understand the distribution of the internal flow field of micro-irrigation with gravel filter,using the same mathematical principles herein FloEFD fluid of CFD simulation software,using porous media model,the sand and gravel filter bed resistance characteristics as a boundary condition of three-dimensional numerical model and numerically simulate the full flow field inside the filter.The results show that the boundary conditions of the internal components of the filter and the water outlet have a great influence on the distribution of the velocity flow field and pressure field of the filter.The computational fluid dynamics method based on the porous media model has a high accuracy in the numerical simulation of the sand filter.simulation and experimental results of the method are in good agreement,we can accurately predict the performance of the hydraulic filter.
