Abstract:This paper takes rice direct seeding technology as the research object,analyzes the agronomic requirements of rice sowing process,determines the key technical parameters of rice direct seeding machine,and establishes the control system of rice direct seeding machine based on FPGA technology,and designs the hardware and software control modules of FPGA system to improve the sowing uniformity in the process of sowing.Through the system test analysis,the average seed distance of the rice planter control system designed in this paper is consistent with the set seed distance of the system,and the maximum deviation meets the design requirements of the system.Through the detection and analysis of the sowing uniformity,the number of sprouts per hole of the rice planter meets the agronomic requirements of rice sowing,and the sowing qualified rate reaches more than 87%.The uniformity of rice planter was controlled to improve the mechanization level of rice sowing process.
