摘    要:丘陵山区稻油联合收获机的发展是实现丘陵地区农业机械化与现代化的重要环节,作物的农艺性状与物料特性是机器结构与参数的设计基础,也是影响联合收获机脱粒和清选性能的主要因素。为此,对丘陵山区早稻品种和平原地区迟熟中粳稻品种的水稻特性进行了试验和对比分析,并对丘陵山区油菜农艺性状和物料特性进行了研究,从农艺角度为丘陵山区的稻油联合收获机的设计提供了依据,并结合试验结果对稻油联合收获机的设计与方向进行了分析。

Abstract:The development of rice-rapeseed combine harvester of hilly area is an important aspect to achieve agricultural mechanization and modernization in hilly area.The agronomic and material characteristics of crops are the design basis of machine structure and parameters,as well as the main factors affecting the threshing and cleaning performance of combine harvester.In this paper,the characteristics of early-rice varieties in hilly areas and late maturing mid-japonica rice varieties in plain areas were statistically tested and compared,and the agronomic characteristics and material characteristics of rape in hilly areas were studied,which provided the data theoretical basis for the design of rice oil combine harvester.Combined with the test results,the design and direction of rice-rapeseed combine harvester were discussed and analyzed.
