Abstract:The xinjiang normal joint soil preparation machine could site preparation work before planting,but there has been several problems,such as poor stability of rake deep,low broken rate of soil and the surface roughness.In this paper,by combining xinjiang agricultural demands for site preparation work before planting and soil properties,we design a vertical rotating driven joint soil preparation machine,and whose processing and manufacture has been completed.Through the design and theoretical analysis of the key parts,the structural parameters of the parts such as the transmission system,the flat earth bar and the clamping roller of the nail teeth were determined,and the speed of the rake teeth was determined to be 425 r/min by motion analysis.In order to test the accuracy of the machine performance and the working parameters,we use the broken rate of soil,rake deep stability coefficient of variation and the surface roughness of standard deviation as evaluation index,which under the condition of field experiment such as the tine speed of 402 r/min,a depth of homework is 100 mm and the machine speed 1.7 m/s on the machine.Results are shown that the rate of soil at 92.6%,the standard deviation of surface roughness is 28 mm,the variation of rake deep stability coefficient is 9.3%,and the machine can satisfy the requirements of xinjiang region soil preparation work before planting.
