基于PLC的复合式精播机监控系统优化分析

摘    要:以精密播种机监控系统为研究对象,针对精密播种过程中的播种性能参数进行分析,利用播种机监控系统进行参数监测及系统控制反馈。利用可编程控制器PLC搭建监控系统,并针对系统运行过程中可能出现的干扰信号进行硬件优化。试验结果表明:优化后的监控系统实际监控值与播种机实际播种性能偏差量为0.2%,能够有效地对播种过程进行参数监控。

Abstract:This paper takes the monitoring system of precision seeder as the research object,analyzes and introduces the seeding performance parameters in the process of precision seeding,and uses the monitoring system of seeder for parameter monitoring and system control feedback.PLC is used to build the monitoring system,and hardware optimization is carried out for the interference signals that may appear in the process of system operation.The experimental results show that the deviation between the actual monitoring value of the optimized monitoring system and the actual seeding performance of the seeder is 0.2%,which shows that the optimized system can effectively monitor the parameters of the seeding process.
