电动汽车车架的有限元建模及模态分析

摘    要:针对某型号电动车的车架拓扑结构,首先利用UG建立其3D模型;然后导入Hypermesh建立以壳单元为基本单元的车架有限元分析模型;最后在ANSYS中计算出该车架的模态特性,得到了该车架自由状态下的12阶频率。为车架响应提供了重要的模态参数,同时也为车架拓扑结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Taking a frame topological structure of a electric car as a research object, the 3D model was constructed by UG. And then the model was imported into Hypermesh to establish the finite element analysis model, which took the shell as the basic unit of the frame. The final calculation of frame referred to model state properties was carried out in ANSYS, twelve natural frequencies under free conditions were obtained at last. The research provided important parameters for the modal response, and it also provided a theory basis for frame topological structure optimization.
