| 摘 要： | 利用烤烟品种红花大金元、Ｋ３２６为母亲 一，９个烤烟品种和４个晾烟品种为父本组配的２２个组合以及亲本分析了７个常规品质性状在Ｆ１中的遗传行为：（１）各种性状都有表现超高亲或超你薪的组合，不同性表现杂优的组合比例不同，在４０．９１％（氮碱比）至６３．６４％（蛋白质含量）间；（２）各种性状表现杂优方向各异，总糖、蛋白质含量、施未克值正负向组合数相近，氮碱比、糖碱比以正向优势为主，总氮、烟碱以负向优势为

| Abstract: | Twenty-two tobacco F 1 hybrids and their parents were studied for genetic behavior in F 1 hybrids on seven quality characters. (1)There were positive and negative superior crosses in F 1 hybrids on all quality characters, but the proportion of superior crosses was different (40.91%-63.64%)on different characters.(2)The proportion of positive and negative superior crosses was siilar on carbohydrate content, protein content and carbohydrate/protein, but positive proportion was higher on nitrogen/nicotine and carbohydrate/nicotine, lower on nitrogen content and nicotine content. (3)The superior behavior was affected by crossing core parent and cross type.(4)The behavior value of characters in F 1 was not correlated with that of all parents, high value parent, low value parent and mid-parent. (5)The relative heterosis was correlated with different value between parents. |
