金黄散箍围治疗CT对比剂外渗性损伤的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察金黄散箍围应用于CT对比剂外渗患者的临床疗效。方法 将60例CT对比剂外渗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用自制箍围药金黄散外敷,对照组患者予以50%硫酸镁湿敷,疗程为7 d。观察两组患者敷药后局部疼痛感缓解时间及手臂肿胀消退时间。结果 治疗组的局部疼痛感缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.01),手臂肿胀消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组的总有效率(73.3%)(P<0.05)。结论 金黄散箍围能有效促进CT对比剂外渗患者的康复,临床疗效显著。

Effect of Encircling Lesion with Jinhuang Powder in Treatment of CT Contrast Agent Extravasation Injury

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of encircling lesion with Jinhuang powder on CT contrast extravasation injury. Methods Sixty patients with CT contrast agent extravasation injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with therapy of encircling lesion with modified Jinhuang powder, patients in control group were given wet compress with 50% magnesium sulfate. The course was for 7 d. The local pain relief time and arm swelling subsided time of the two groups were evaluated. Results The local pain relief time in treatment group was shorter than the control group (P<0.01), the arm swelling subsided time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group (93.3%) was higher than the control group (73.3%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of encircling lesion with Jinhuang powder could effectively promote the recovery of patients with CT contrast agent extravasation injury, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
