| 自拟补肾活血汤联合西药治疗宫腔粘连术后临床观察 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自拟补肾活血汤联合西药治疗中-重度宫腔粘连分解术后患者的临床疗效。方法 将104例中-重度宫腔粘连术后患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各52例，对照组术后上环并给予西药戊酸雌二醇片配合黄体酮胶囊行周期治疗；实验组在对照组基础上加用自拟补肾活血汤口服，疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后两组患者子宫内膜厚度及月经量、宫腔粘连改善情况。结果 实验组总有效率为88.5%，而对照组总有效率为65.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），治疗后，两组子宫内膜厚度比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 自拟补肾活血汤联合西药周期治疗能有效改善宫腔粘连术后患者子宫内膜厚度，增加月经量，预防宫腔再次粘连。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical observation of modified Bushen Huoxue decoction (MBHD) combined with Western medicine in treating patients with moderate or severe intrauterine adhesion separation surgery (IASS). Methods A total of 104 patients with moderate or severe IASS were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The control group was taken the IUD with progynova and progesterone capsules, while the experimental group was given an oral of MBHD on the basis of control group, a course for 3 months. The improvement of endometrial thickness, menstrual quantity, and intrauterine adhesion of the two groups was observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 88.5%, while the control group was for 65.4%, the differences in the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The endometrial thickness before and after treatment in the experiment group was statistically significant (P<0.01), after treatment, the endometrial thickness between the two groups was also statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The MBHD combined with Western medicine could effectively improve the endometrial thickness, menstrual quantity, prevent re-adhesion after IASS. |
