| 摘 要： | 试验研究促黄体素(LH)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)对山羊卵母细胞体外成熟的影响。在摘取卵巢获得未成熟卵母细胞后,分别置于含不同浓度LH、hCG的成熟液和LH+hCG以不同浓度组合的成熟液中,进行体外成熟培养。结果表明,LH对山羊卵母细胞的体外成熟有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Luteinizing hormone (LH) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) on in vitro maturation of goat oocytes.The cumuLus oocyte compLexes were matured in vitro in media with different concentrations of LH、hCG and LH + hCG. The resuLts showed that LH may pLay a positive roLe for in vitro maturation of goat oocytes. |
