| 摘 要： | 分析了福建农产品加工产业发展现状，针对食品消费变化趋势对农产品加工产业发展的要求提出加强海西特色农产品加工关键技术的创新与应用，依靠科技进步支撑海峡西岸特色农产品加工产业发展的措施建议。
