摘    要:用叶圆盘生测法测定了30种植物不同组织部位的甲醇提取液对甜瓜霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)的抑菌效果,其中番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)茎叶和苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum Patrin.)叶的甲醇提取液在离体叶圆盘的防效分别为100%和85.6%,其他植物提取液均无明显抑菌效果。上述2种植物提取液对甜瓜霜霉病菌游动孢子萌发的抑制率分别为48.2%和25.3%。对甜瓜霜霉病的室内盆栽试验结果表明,喷雾7d后的预防效果分别为51.4%和34.3%,田间试验的防效则分别为48.8%和22.6%。对防效较好的番茄茎叶甲醇提取物用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、水饱和正丁醇依次进行萃取,并对各萃取物进行叶圆盘测定,结果表明,有效活性成分存在于正丁醇相中;当浓度为1 mg/mL时,其萃取物对甜瓜霜霉病的抑制率为96.0%。

Abstract:The inhibiting actions of different tissue extracts of 30 plant species on Pseudoperonospora cubensis were determined by leaf disc tests.The results showed that the control efficiencies of extracts of the stems and leaves of Lycopersicon esculentum and the leaves of Xanthium sibiricum were respectively 100% and 85.6%,but the other plant extracts didn't have an obvious inhibiting effect.These two plant extracts had an inhibiting action on the germination of zoospores of downy mildew of melon and their inhibiting efficiencies were respectively 48.2% and 25.3%.Indoor pot tests of controlling the downy mildew showed that the control efficiencies at 7 days after spraying the two extracts were 51.4% and 31.3%,respectively.The field tests showed that their control efficiencies at 7 days were 48.8% and 22.6%,respectively.The methanol extract of the stems and leaves of L.esculentum,which had the better control effect,was extracted respectively with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol.The leaf disc tests showed that the active substance existed in n-butyl alcohol,and its control efficiency was 96.0% at the concentration of 1 mg/mL.
