农用三轮摩托车车架动态性能优化分析

摘    要:通过对某型农用三轮摩托车车架建立有限元模型,研究了行驶路面和发动机激励对车架动态特性的影响,并进行了模态分析。通过改变车架的板厚、管径、壁厚等,在满足约束条件的前提下,进行了优化分析,修正了优化结果。最终使得车架各阶固有频率值提高,车架重量减轻,从而改善了车架结构的动态特性,缓减了该型农用三轮摩托车的振动,为其他各型摩托车结构的振动优化研究提供了可借鉴的方法。

Abstract:By establishing the finite element model of farm tricycle frames,the effects on the dynamic response of road surface roughness and the engine exciting was analyzed respectively,the normal mode analysis was performed for the frame.According to the needs of the constraints,the design variables were adjusted;including the thickness of frame-work's plates and tubes,the pipe diameter etc,then the optimization analysis was investigated,and some modifications were made on the optimization results.As a result,the free modal frequencies are bigger than before,the frame weight is decreased,the characteristics of tricycle frame are improved and the vibration of the whole tricycle is reduced.It offers a feasible method in the research of vibration reduction optimization for tricycle structures.
