| 摘 要： | 用TiN蒸镀膜作辅助电极.在不同脉宽系数下对绝缘性陶瓷材料Si3N4的电火花加工稳定性进行 了实验研究,得出了脉宽系数越小,加工越稳定的结论。

| Abstract: | A TiN vapor coating film is used as an assisting electrode for an experimental study on the stability of EDM of Si3 N4 insulating ceramics by using different duty factors. The result shows that the smaller different factor is ,the stable the machining will be. |
