| 摘 要： | 通过饲料中添加黄连、大豆,来研究中药添加剂对鸡肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶活力和微生物数量的影响。结果表明,用添加0.5%黄连和10%大豆的饲料喂养可提高鸡肠道的蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性;饲喂黄连的鸡,其肠道中的乳酸菌和大肠杆菌比对照组少,双歧杆菌比对照组多;饲喂大豆的鸡,乳酸菌和双歧杆菌比对照组多,大肠杆菌比对照组少。

| Abstract: | Intestines digestive enzyme activity and microbe numbers of chicken were studied by feeding feedstuff with berberine and soybean.The result showed that feedstuff by appended 0.5% berberine and 10% soybean could increase chicken's intestines digestive enzyme active;Compared with control group,the amount of intestines lactobacillus and colibacillus of chicken feeded berberine was less,but bifdobacterium was more;while the amount of lactobacillus and bifdobacterium was more and coliform was less for chicken feeded soybean. |
