灌水次数对杂种小麦冀矮1/C6-38旗叶光合特性和产量的影响

摘    要:在大田中研究了灌2水(底水+冬水)、3水(底水+冬水+拔节水)和4水(底水+冬水+拔节水+开花水)3种灌水处理对杂种小麦旗叶光合特性和产量的影响。结果表明,随灌水次数增多,杂种及其亲本旗叶净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量(Chl)、可溶性蛋白质含量(Pr)、气孔导度(gs)和叶肉导度(gm)升高,光合功能持续期(RSP和PAD)延长,叶源量(LSC)增加,籽粒产量和产量构成因素增加。杂种旗叶的Pn、Chl、Pr、gs和 gm对灌水次数的反应较亲本敏感。上述性状的离中优势(Hm)也随灌水次数的增多而增大。

Abstract:A field experiment with three treatments of different irrigation times at different stage was conducted during wheat growing period.The results showed that with the increase of irrigation times,the net photosynthetic rate(P_n),chlorophyll concentration(Chl),soluble protein contents(Pr),stomatal gas conductance(g_s),mesophyll gas conductance(g_m),relative steady phase of chlorophyll content(RSP),photosynthetic active duration(PAD)and leaf source capacity(LSC)of flag leaf increased in wheat hybrid and its parents,and the grain yield and yield components increased also.The P_n,Chl,Pr,g_s and g_m of flag leaf in hybrid were more sensitive to the times of irrigation than that in its parents at different stages after flag leaf was fully expanded.The heterosis from mid-parent(H_m)of all above traits increased with the increase of the irrigation times.
