摘    要:目的]研究太子河流域水体中总大肠菌群的数量,探讨大肠菌群污染状况及其与理化指标的相关关系。方法]于丰水期(7月)和平水期(10月)对太子河流域8个干流断面和6个支流断面地表水进行采样,采用滤膜法监测水体中的总大肠菌群数量,结合理化分析监测指标COD、NH3-N、TP确定出水体污染的性质和程度。结果]太子河干/支流监测断面地表水中总大肠菌群数量在丰水期为9.2×103~1.7×106cfu/L,平水期为4.0×102~6.3×105cfu/L,总大肠菌群具有明显的季节分布特征,总体上丰水期各断面地表水中总大肠菌群含量高于枯水期。丰水期大肠菌群对数值与COD和NH3-N含量之间呈显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)正相关关系。结论]太子河干/支流监测断面地表水中总大肠菌群污染严重。

Research on the Current Situation of the Pollution of E. Coli. in the Surface Water of Taizi River

Abstract:Objective]The situation of E.coli pollution and its relation with the physical and chemical indexes of water body was explored through the research on the number of E.coli in the Taizi River.Method] The samples from the surface water of 8 main streams and 6 branch streams of the Taizi River were collected in the wet season(July) and the normal season(Oct.) ,respectively.The test of the number of E.coli in the samples was done by means of filter membrane method and the physical and chemical indexes namely including COD,NH3-N and TP were also analyzed.Results]The concentration of the total number of E.coli ranged from 9.2×103 cfu/L to 1.7×106 cfu/L in the wet season and from 4.0×102 cfu/L to 6.3×105 cfu/L in the normal season.The distribution characteristic of the total number of E.coli in different seasons was obviously different.In general,the total number of E.coli in the wet season was much higher than that in the normal season.There was positive(P<0.05) or significantly positive(P<0.01) correlation between the total number of E.coli and the concentration of COD,BOD5 or NH3-N.Conclusion]The result showed that the Taizi River was seriously contaminated by the E.coli.
