| 摘 要： | 在对伊春市带岭区永翠河流域溪流生态系统的鸟类进行系统调查的同时，对列为国家保护的珍稀濒危鸟类的生境、数量及侯鸟迁来和迁离的日期进行了较详细的研究。并找出了生境的破坏、渔猎的压力、吃野味、制标本、旅游业的干扰等促成珍稀鸟类濒危的机制。提出了加强宣传教育、提高认识、提高管理干部素质、加强行政干预、加强管理机构的建设、保护好野生动物的生境等保护和管理措施。 |

| Abstract: | An overall sysmatic survey was conducted at the bird speciec of ecological system in the region of Yongcui River in Dailing town,Yichun city.Expecially to the numbers of rare bird,the date of immigrant bird coming and leaving which listed as national protected were surveyed thoroughly.Finding out the habits destruction,fishing pressure,eating wildlife,making samples,traveling intervene,all of these are contributing to the mechanism of the bird being in imminent danger.At the same time the measures of management of strengthening the propanda education, deepening one's understanding, improving the quality of managerial cadre, enhancing administrative intervene, tightening the building of administrative institution,protecting the habits of wildlife are pointed out. |
