| 摘 要： | 对贵州省2008~2009年4月期间进行的森林资源资产评估项目进行调查分析后认为,贵州省森林资源资产评估目前存在着森林资源档案不全、时效性差;在评估过程中以资产核查取代调查,不进行精度控制和质量检查;注册评估机构与林业专业调查机构相互脱节;地方性配套的评估政策法规相对滞后,管理不规范;具有林业专业及评估专业知识的复合型人才短缺;森林资源资产评估理论、技术标准及方法滞后等问题,藉此提出了相应的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The analysis of the assessment of forest resource assets during the period of 2008 to April of 2009 in Guizhou concerns that there exist quite a lot of problems in the process of current forest resource assessment,including incomplete forest resource archives,poor effectiveness,no precision control and quality inspection,backward counterpart local polity and so on.Based on the problems' identification,the paper puts forward relevant measures and suggestions. |
