不同居群银胶菊的挥发性化学成分分析

摘    要:利用动态顶空吸附法和气相色谱-质谱联用技术的方法对采自云南和四川的5个居群的银胶菊叶和花2个部位的挥发性化学成分进行分析。结果表明,银胶菊的挥发性成分中,脂肪烃衍生物类型最多,而单萜类成分的含量最高;其中月桂烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯和α-蒎烯等4种成分占主要地位,5个居群间银胶菊的花和叶部位的挥发性成分没有显著差异。

Abstract:The volatile constituents from the flowers and leaves of Parthenium hysterophorus from five populations were analyzed by headspace absorption and GC-MS.Among them,aliphatic hydrocarbons occurred in most species and the monoterpenoids were the highest in content.The main components were mycenae,camphene,β-pinene,and α-pinene.No significant differences in volatile constituents were found between the flowers and leaves of five populations.
