| 摘 要： | 2006年，黑龙江东北虎林园的东北虎人工饲养种群超过700只，维持其生存的费用巨大，虎林园的管理策略研究应进一步加强。本文从服务管理、营销管理、人力资源管理、科普教育管理、基建管理五个方面进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | By 2006, the captive population of tigers in Siberian Tiger Park in the Heilongjiang province will increased to more than 700. In this article, strategies for the service, marketing, human resource, population science and education and infrastructure construction management were discussed in order to encounter the great increase in expenditure for maintenance of this large captive population. |
