| 摘 要： | 对甘肃天祝微孔草草籽中的营养成分进行了分析研究。结果表明，微孔草草籽中含有１８种天然氨基酸，含量为１５．３０％，含人体必需的氨基酸６．０８％。其矿物质元素含量明显高于当地培植的油菜籽，各种元素的吸收序列为氮－钾－钙－磷－镁－硫－铁－锰－铜－硼－锌－钼。

| Abstract: | The nutrient component in seeds of M. sikkimensis were analyzed. The results showed that there were 18 kinds of natural amino acids, and the content of total and the necessary amino acidsto human body were 15.30% and 6.08% respectively. The content of mineral element in seeds of M. sikkimensis was higher than that of the native rapeseed. The absorption order of elements was N>K>Ca>P>Mg>S>Fe>Mn>Cu>B>Zn>Mo. |
