烤烟品种间杂种优势及其配合力研究

摘    要:对5个烤烟品种采用部分双列杂交,得到10个杂交组合,并对组合的叶部性状进行了杂种优势的表现、配合力和遗传力估算与分析。结果表明:多数组合叶产量性状表现出平均优势,属于双亲中间型。组合(1),(4)和(5)表现出较强的超亲优势。叶产量平均优势表现3种类型。一般配合力和特殊配合力效应值较高的亲本品种有NC_(89),SC_(72)。遗传性较稳定的亲本品种是NC_(82)和NC_(89)。叶长、叶宽和叶产量的广义遗传力较高,均可在早期选择。叶产量和叶宽的狭义遗传力显著高于叶长,早期选择的可靠性较高。

Abstract:Ten cross combinations are obtained using the diallel crossing to five va-rieties of tobacco ,whose heterosis and combining ability as well as heritability to leafcharacteristics are estimated and analysed.The results indicated that the leaf yields ofmost combinations appeared to have mean heterosis,falling into the middle type of twoparents.The combinations(1),(4)and(5)exhibited greater heterosis than the parents.The mean heterosis of leaf yield manifested three type Greater effect estimation of gen-eral and special combining ability in parents were NC_(89) and SC_(72).The varieties of betterhereditary stability were NC_(82) and NC_(89).The length and width as well as yield of leaf canbe selected in early stage because of greater heritability in a broad sense.The yield andwidth of leaf can be selected in early stage better than the leangth of leaf because ofgreater heritability in a narrow sense.
