| 摘 要： | 论述了建立基于网络平台的福建省林政管理业务应用系统的技术方法和实现过程,通过解析整个系统的目标与需求,探讨了福建省林政管理业务应用系统的系统架构、数据库建立、功能模块设计、流程设计、数据交换、安全管理及系统运行等过程的关键技术。系统实际应用表明,该系统满足了福建省林政管理业务的需要,能够及时准确地反映林政管理状况,大大提高了林政管理的质量和水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the study on the forestry administration application in Fujian Province,the technical method and realization process of the establishment of the Fujian Province forestry administration application system based on the network platform are elaborated in the paper.Through the analysis of the overall system objectives and demands,the system construction,database creation,function module design,flow design,data exchange,security control,system running,and other key technologies of the Fujian Province forestry administration application system are discussed.The system application indicates that this system meets the needs of Fujian Province forestry administration application,could reflects the forestry administration conditions promptly and exactly,and improve the quality and the level of the forestry administration greatly. |
