| 摘 要： | 到2001年7月止，我省共建成各类自然保护区120个，总面积254.92万hm^2，占全省国土部面积的6.47%，但在保护区管理方面存在着诸多不足，例如：部分保护区无长远发展规划；管理体制没有理顺；资金短缺；基础设施差；技术设备落后，科研水平低下等。据此提出：建立自然保护区的管理体系、建立强有力的行政管理机构、加强科研、科普管理、加强资源保护、在保护的基础上实行开发经营等改进措施。

| Abstract: | By the end of July 2001, one hundred and twenty nature reserves with the total area of 2 549 200hm 2 were established in yunnan province, Problems on management were found such as, lack of long term planning, short of fund, poor infrastructure,outdated technology and equipments, poor scientific study capability and so on. Some improving measures including establishing management system, establishing administration organization, strengthening scientific research and education, enforcing resource protection, developing resources based on effective protection were put forward. |
