| 摘 要： | 保护性耕作是以保护生态环境、促进农田可持续利用和农业节本增产增效为目标,以机械化作业为主要手段,以秸秆覆盖留茬还田、免少耕等为主要内容的先进农业技术,实现防治农田扬尘和水土流失、蓄水保墒、培肥地力、节本增产增效、减少秸秆焚烧,促进农业可持续发展.结合保护性耕作技术,充分利用农业的可再生资源,增加农民收入,改善农村生活环境,降低生产成本,实现农民的增产增收.
