鹅细小病毒非结构蛋白和结构蛋白的二级结构及B细胞抗原表位预测

摘    要:利用DNAStar软件包中的Editseq将GPV H1株非结构蛋白和结构蛋白核苷酸序列翻译成氨基酸序列,然后利用Protean软件进行氨基酸序列分析,分别预测结构蛋白和非结构蛋白的二级结构及B细胞抗原表位。结果表明,GPVH1株非结构蛋白和结构蛋白具有丰富的二级结构和多处抗原指数较高的区段,其中非结构蛋白的NS2和结构蛋白的VP3含有较多的潜在的B细胞优势抗原表位。

Abstract:The non-structure(NS) and structure gene(VP) of goose parvovirus(GPV) H1 strain were translated into amino sequence by Editseq. The secondary structure and B cell epitope of the two kinds of deduced protein of GPV H1 strain was predicted by Protean software. Combining the results according to these methods,the non-structure and the structure protein of GPV H1 strain have complicated secondary structure. There are several epitopes of Bcells in NS and VP protein,especially in NS1 and VP1 protein which probably contain predominant antigen epitopes.
