| 摘 要： | 健康大菱鲆口服100 mg.kg-1(鱼体重)甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)后,利用高效液相色谱仪测定TMP在大菱鲆肌肉、血液、肾脏、肝脏含量的变化,并用3P87药代动力学软件分析药代动力学参数.结果表明:TMP在肌肉、血液、肾脏、肝脏4种组织中的含量—时间数据均符合一级吸收二室开放模型,达峰时间分别为18.32、16.19、25.36、13.64 h,达峰含量分别为35.05、38.16、34.75、38.32μg.mL-1,消除半衰期分别为45.11、40.32、36.68、48.75 h.可见,在口服条件下,TMP在大菱鲆体内的吸收与消除较慢,含量高,维持时间长.
