摘    要:根据GB/T5009.34—2003食品中亚硫酸盐的测定,利用瑞士BUCHI凯氏定氮蒸馏仪K—355进行蒸馏,与传统全玻璃蒸馏装置比对。试验结果表明,两者检测结果无显著差异(p0.05),此仪器蒸馏精密度较好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.63%~3.60%,回收率为91.05%~102.95%。

Abstract:This experiment was carried out according to the national standard GB/T 5009.34—2003 The Determination of Sulfites in Foods. A Kjeldahl distillation instrument (BUCHI K—355,Swiss) was used. The results showed that there was no significant difference (p<0.05) compared with the method under the traditional distillation instrument, and had good precision. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the results was between 1.63%~3.60% and the recovery was between 91.05%~102.95%.
