| 摘 要： | 通过理论分析和试验研究,对秸秆粉碎还田回收机核心部件刀辊的结构参数和运动参数进行了探讨,确定了甩刀的排列、机具静态下甩刀刀刃离地最小间隙和刀辊的转速,为研制一种无需借助风机即可完成秸秆粉碎还田作业,又可完成秸秆粉碎回收作业的机具提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The structural parameters and the kinematics parameters of the knife roller, a core part of the machine for chopped and reclaimed field straw, were discussed through theory analysis and experiments. The arrangement method of flail knife, the minimal gap between the edge of knife and the ground when the machine in static state, the rotate speed of knife roller were determined. The study provided a scientific basis for developing the machine that can be utilized for the purpose of mulching or reclaiming after the field straw was chopped, although fan has not been installed in the machine. |
