| 摘 要： | 试验采用ELISA抗体检测法,对仔猪猪瘟母源抗体进行检测,研究其消长规律,并用准确的试验数据来确定仔猪的首免日龄,使仔猪能在最佳时期进行免疫。试验结论表明,仔猪出生后的3～10d内猪瘟母源抗体维持在较高水平,保护值是OD450nm值0.93;第20d时的抗体水平比第10d明显降低;到第25d时,抗体水平下降到更低,保护值降到OD450nm值0.41。此保护值常常是最低保护的临界值,鉴于该猪场仔猪猪瘟母源抗体的消长情况来看,在不进行超前免疫时,20～25日龄是较佳的首免日期。

| Abstract: | The experiment used ELISA assay to detect maternal antibodies of swine plague in young swine.The purpose is through experiment datum to determine first immune time and make young swine to be immuned in the best period.The results indicated that antibodies levels of swine plague is high within 3-10d after birth,protection values（OD450nm） is 0.93;the antibody level in 20d is obviously lower than 10d;antibody levels is more lower in 25d,protection values（OD450nm） is 0.41.The protection value has arrived to critical value of minimum protection.from growth and decline of maternal antibodies of swine plague in young swine to analyze,the first immune＇ best time is 25 d after birth when swine was not advanced immune. |
