氨基酸对蛋鸡生产性能及盲肠微生物菌群结构的影响

摘    要:研究在低蛋白饲粮中添加不同氨基酸水平对改善蛋鸡生产性能及盲肠微生物菌群的影响。选用225羽20周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15羽。对照组饲粮为粗蛋白质13%(Ⅰ组)的无氨基酸添加玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮;试验组饲粮为在基础饲粮中按氨基酸需要量的100%(Ⅱ组)、110%(Ⅲ组)、120%(Ⅳ组)和130%(Ⅴ组)添加必需氨基酸(蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和苏氨酸),试验期为40周。结果表明:试验期内氨基酸添加Ⅲ组产蛋率最高,平均达到83.6%,分别比试验Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组及其对照组平均高出7.2%(P<0.05)、3.4%、4.2%(P<0.05)和12.4%(P<0.05);不同周龄段中Ⅲ组蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。28、36和56周龄血浆中氨基酸含量均无显著差异(P>0.05);而Ⅴ组血浆尿酸和尿素氮含量最高,Ⅲ组含量最低,差异显著(P<0.05)。盲肠内容物细菌样本中,各试验组相似性均高于Ⅰ组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组细菌种类最丰富,指纹图谱的平均条带数差异显著(P<0.05)。序列测序结果,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组盲肠内容物细菌样本中检测到Lactobacillus johnsonii、Clostridiumsp.、Pediococcus acidilactici和不可培养的细菌。试验结果显示,低蛋白饲粮中氨基酸添加Ⅲ、Ⅳ组水平对改善蛋鸡生产性能效果显著,而Ⅲ、Ⅳ组盲肠段优势细菌为乳杆菌、梭菌属细菌和普雷沃氏菌,对其改善生产性能起到作用。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of Amino acids supplementation on performance,free amino acid concentrations,plasma uric acid,and cecal microbial flora of laying hens in low-protein feed,225 20-weeks Highland Brown laying hens were devided into 5 groups with 3 replications.The control group were fed with CP13% basal corn-bean diet without amino acids supplement(group Ⅰ),while the experimental groups were fed with amino acid supplement(methionine,lysine,and threonine) at 100%(group Ⅱ),110%(group Ⅲ),120%(group Ⅳ) and 130%(group Ⅴ) of their requirements.The experiment lasted 40 weeks.The results showed that:the average egg production rate of group Ⅲ is 87.8%,which is 5.1%(P<0.05)、1.7%、3.2%(P<0.05)、and 11.7%(P<0.05) higher than the groups Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ in average,respectively.The egg weight of the three experimental groups was significant better than the cntrol group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in plasma amino acid levels among the groups(P>0.05);while the plasma uric acid and urea nitrogen levels were the highest in group Ⅴ,and lowest in group Ⅲ(P<0.05).The similarities of the bacteria samples of cecal mixture of the experimental groups are all higher than Group Ⅰ and the differences of the fingerprint average stripes among the experimental groups are quite evident(P<0.05).The addition of amino acid made Group Ⅳ and Group Ⅲ rich in bacteria varieties and had great effects on cecal microflora of the laying hens.By cloning and sequencing specific bands from cecum segments of the laying hens,it was revealed that Lactobacillus johnsonii,Clostridium sp.,Pediococcus acidilactici,and unculturable bacteria abound in the cecum parts of hens in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ.This indicated that Lactobacillus,Clostridium,and Prevost are superior bacteria in the cecal sections of the laying hens.The results showed,amino acids supplement significantly improved the performance of layers hen in low protein fodder for the groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ,while lactobacillus,spindle of bacteria and Mr Wolfowitz in cecum improved their production performance.
